Dr. John Richman and a HydroGen3 from GM

Dr. John Richman, President of North Dakota State College of Science, takes the wheel in one of General Motors HydroGen3 prototype automobiles. General Motors loaned two of the cars to Richman and his team while they were in Washington DC to discuss with members of Congress the technical training of college students in advanced technologies.
