Shawn S. Bullard   FRAeS

Shawn Bullard has a reputation for being a well-respected policy developer,  strategist and systems innovator, as well as start-up risk advisor, having paved the way for many successful tech-industry milestones.

Before launching Duetto Group nearly 20 years ago, Shawn gained business experience as the vice president of government relations for an InterPublic Group Company (NYSE:IPG), and legislative experience as a senior congressional staffer to a long serving member of the House Armed Services and Transportation Committees, and as an urban policy director at the National Association of Counties.  Shawn has provided policy development, government relations and public affairs consultation to some of the most disruptive organizations, ground-breaking state-ups and trusted brands in the world.

He captured tens-of-millions of dollars in federal incremental funding to launch the world’s first and only environmentally powered ISR Autonomous Underwater and Surface Vehicle. And, he led the federal components that laid the foundation for one of the first-in-the-nation nanotechnology research centers at a top-tier Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education R1 University.

Shawn is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and serves on the Royal Aeronautical Society's Board of Directors (DC Branch).
